bill

will
send

Donr
who
in
turn
will
process
the
£5
through
the
gift
aid
scheme
if
applicable.
You
will
also
be
charged
the
standard
rate
for
a
text. You will get a text asking if you can and will gift aid.
The
system
is
designed
for
marketing
purposes
and
so
your
phone
number
will
be
retained
and
contact
can
be
made
for
marketing
purposes.
But
we
are
not
a
marketing
organisation.
It
is
my
understanding
that
you
will
get
a
‘thank you’ text.
You
can
text

you
will
be
donating
£5
as
above
but
no
information
will
be
sent
and
no
‘Contact, will be made.
Donr
collect
all
the
donations
and
will
collect
the
gift
aid
as
appropriate.
Donr
will
charge
5%
of
the
gross
(before
gift aid) donation and then send the remaining aggregated sum to our group treasurer at the end of the month.
So £5 - 5% = £4.75 plus giftaid at 25% of £5 = £1.25 means that your £5 can be worth £6 to the church.
Because
we
are
hoping
all
9
church
communities
will
use
this
scheme
it
seems
fair
that
the
sum
should
go
to
a
joint
scheme,
so
it
is
planned
that
all
monies
so
collected
will
go
straight
into
our
‘Promise’
fund
for
the
Deanery/Diocese.
Please use this scheme as we have been without church collections for several weeks. Thank you
